The following warm-ups should not be considered too seriously. Make sure that you have warmed up used major muscles groups before you start a workout. If needed, increase core temperature by doing light cardio work.

Guideline: If you are warming up for 1 minute, it is probably not enough. If your warm-up exceeds the 10 minute mark, it is probably not necessary.
