- Place your rear foot onto a stable platform (should be around knee height).
- Your front foot should be placed so that you are able to stay with your shoulders above your heels throughout the movement (approx.).
- Control the eccentric and try to stay light on the rear foot (most weight should be distributed on the front leg. Your rear knee lightly touches the ground before you extend the front leg again.
